Commercial Accounts (B2B): Formal quotations are valid for 15 calendar days unless otherwise specified. Purchase orders (POs) must be accompanied by valid organizational credentials. Credit terms, if granted, are strictly subject to executed commercial credit agreements.
Retail Purchases (B2C): Orders placed via our digital platforms are confirmed only upon receipt of the requisite payment confirmation or verified cash-on-delivery acknowledgment.
Handling of Regulated Chemicals: Buyers warrant that they possess all statutory permissions, laboratory facilities, and certified personnel required to safely receive, store, and handle industrial chemicals. SS Trade Mart disclaims liability for improper handling, unauthorized resale, or off-label use post-delivery.
Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability for any delivered product is expressly limited to the replacement of the defective product or a refund of the verified purchase price.
